River City Pressure Washing cleans elevated tank exteriors with soft washing, suitable pressure washing, lifts and cleaning drones. We discuss the painted finish, buildup and site access before recommending an approach.

Coordinate exterior tank cleaning with your maintenance team, nearby equipment and operating schedule.
Tell us what needs attention. Photos help us discuss the work, even if you do not know the coating type or tower dimensions.
Dark streaks and surface buildup can make a tower look neglected. We assess the following exterior cleaning needs:
The tank’s finish determines how it can be cleaned. Height, reach, weather and ground conditions determine how we get to it.
Soft washing uses cleaning solutions and lower-pressure application where appropriate. A lift brings an operator within working reach when the site allows it. We use pressure washing only where the surface and coating can tolerate it.
A hose-fed cleaning drone can reach suitable tank surfaces. Airspace, wind, nearby obstacles and hose management matter. Ground equipment handles reachable areas. Rope access is not part of our service.
You do not need to choose the equipment.
Start with the tower location and what you want cleaned.
A tower’s height is only part of the job. Gates, nearby antennas, paint deterioration and space for equipment can all affect the work.
Send coating records, access notes or bid specifications if you have them. We can discuss missing details during the estimate process.
Coating type, visible flaking or chalking, cleaning guidance and whether a test area is needed.
Gate clearance, equipment staging, ground conditions, nearby roads, landscaping and drainage.
Antennas, electrical equipment, sensitive areas, water arrangements and work zones.
Insurance documents, vendor onboarding, bid specifications and site safety requirements.
Use the estimate form to tell us where the tower is and what needs attention. Include photos if available.
Discuss access, cleaning options, expected results and the proposed scope.
Agree on timing and site arrangements before the crew and equipment arrive.
Review the completed work and discuss recurring cleaning if you need it.
A small tower with clear ground access is a different job from a taller tank surrounded by buildings or antennas. Your estimate reflects the cleaning required and the equipment needed to reach it.
Send the tower address, photos if available and your preferred timing for a free estimate.

If algae and grime keep returning, discuss a recurring cleaning plan. The interval depends on exposure, buildup and your facility’s maintenance needs. Coating repairs remain a separate task.
Our home base is Marquette Heights, Illinois. Exterior water tower cleaning is available within an approximate 240-mile radius, with travel arrangements reviewed for each project.
We welcome inquiries from East Peoria, Pekin, Bloomington–Normal and other communities within that service area.
This extended service area applies specifically to water tower cleaning.
Answers for municipal buyers, facility managers and private tower owners.
No. This service is for exterior water tower cleaning. It does not include internal tank cleaning, drinking-water disinfection, repainting or structural repairs.
We review the painted finish and buildup first. Soft washing uses cleaning solutions and lower pressure. Pressure washing is used only where the coating and surface condition allow it.
That depends on the coating and its condition. Share the coating type and maintenance guidance if known. Flaking or chalking paint needs particular attention; cleaning cannot restore a failed coating.
We can assess targeted removal as part of the estimate. Results depend on the stain and coating. Some discoloration may remain, and cleaning will not repair underlying corrosion.
Both are available options. Drones need suitable weather, airspace and hose management. Lifts need suitable ground, clearance and reach. We also use ground equipment, but not rope access.
Start with your contact information, tower location and cleaning concerns. Photos, approximate dimensions, access notes and desired timing help, but you do not need complete technical records to inquire.
Timing depends on tower size, buildup, access, weather and site requirements. We discuss the schedule after reviewing the work; there is no single duration that fits every tower.
Yes. Our water tower service extends approximately 240 miles from Marquette Heights, Illinois. Send the address so we can confirm coverage and travel arrangements.
Yes. We can discuss an interval based on how quickly buildup returns and your maintenance priorities, rather than applying one fixed schedule to every tower.
We discuss access, work zones, sensitive equipment and water arrangements with your site contact before scheduling. Any effect on facility activity depends on the job; uninterrupted operation is not assumed.
Send the location and a brief description of what needs cleaning. River City Pressure Washing will review the details and discuss the next steps with you.
